NextStar Terms & Conditions

Shipping and Handling will be added to all orders, except for most complete kits, unless they are of excessive weight. All invoices are due before the shipment of orders. AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, E-Transfer, and PayPal are accepted.

Special and Custom Orders

Injection Pumps and Custom kits may not meet the 2-day shipping deadline as stated, and customers will be notified as per the timeline.

Shipping

All products will be shipped within 2 business days, unless they are special or custom orders.
All orders will be shipped using the best method, which may include Loomis, Purolator, UPS, DHL, USPS, or Canada Post, unless specified by the buyer.

The preferred method for the USA is UPS Ground and for Canada, Purolator, Loomis.
When an order exceeds the standard size and weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be used.
Shipments do not include shipping insurance unless requested by the customer or management.
We reserve the right to select the most suitable shipping method if applicable shipping restrictions apply.
We also reserve the right to ship from an alternate warehouse that may be closer to the delivery destination.

Return & Refund Policy

Orders must be returned within 45 days of purchase and we must be notified that it is being returned. Request an RMA from the order desk and any special instructions. The contents must be in a resaleable condition when received.
If items are damaged or not in resaleable condition in any way, no refund will be issued for these items. The customer must pay for all return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee plus any Customs fees will be applied to all returns due to our original shipping and handling costs. Shipping fees are not refundable.
The products must be normally stocked items (no special or custom orders).

The NextStar website collects some generic information automatically; this is statistical information only. The data gathered allows NextStar to know when and how much traffic a web page receives. Internet IP addresses are also logged for security purposes.

This information does not include visitor identities or any personal data, and NextStar will never combine this generic information with any personal information.

Additionally, the NextStar website may contain links to unaffiliated third-party sites where NextStar cannot protect any information you may disclose when leaving our site. NextStar recommends that you review the privacy policy statements of every site you visit.

NextStar Technologies uses site cookies to maintain the contents of your shopping cart and session Id for temporary use only. Periodically, all session info is cleared from our server. Site Cookies can also be used by users to remember login information and is at the discretion of the user. Abandoned shopping carts are purged regularly.

Limited Warranty Policy and Disclaimer for Products Supplied and/or Distributed by NextStar Technologies:

All recommendations, statements, and technical data herein are based on tests we believe to be reliable and correct, but the accuracy and completeness of said tests are not guaranteed and are not to be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. The User shall rely on their own information and tests to determine the suitability of the product for the intended use, and the User assumes all risk and liability resulting from their use of the product. Nothing contained in any supplied materials relieves the user of the obligation to read and follow the warnings and instructions for each product as set forth in the current Instructions, Technical Data Sheet, product label, and Material Safety Data Sheet prior to product use. NextStar Technologies warrants that supplied/distributed products will be free of manufacturing defects. The Seller’s and manufacturer's sole responsibility shall be to replace that portion of the product of the manufacturer that proves to be defective. There are no other warranties by NextStar Technologies of any nature whatsoever, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in connection with this product. NextStar Technologies shall not be liable for damages of any sort, including remote or consequential damages resulting from any claimed breach of any warranty, whether expressed or implied. NextStar Technologies shall not be responsible for the use of this product in a manner that infringes on any patent or any other intellectual property rights held by others. In addition, no warranty or guarantee is being issued with respect to appearance, color, fading, chalking, staining, shrinkage, peeling, UV damage, excessive temperature exposure, normal wear and tear, or improper application by the applicator. Damage caused by abuse, neglect, and lack of proper maintenance, acts of nature, and or physical movement of the substrate or structural defects are also excluded from the limited warranty. NextStar Technologies reserves the right to conduct performance tests on any material claimed to be defective before any repairs are made by the owner, general contractor, or applicator. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable to the buyer or any third person for any injury, loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from use of or inability to use the product. Recommendations and statements other than those contained in a written agreement signed by an officer of the manufacturer shall not be binding upon the manufacturer or seller. NextStar Technologies reserves the right to change the properties of products without notice.
