High Pressure Crack Injection![]() High-Pressure Concrete Crack Injection SystemsFor actively leaking cracks or previously failed low-pressure repairs. High-pressure polyurethane injection drives resin deep into hairline and fine cracks at up to 4,500 PSI using mechanical packers — no surface ports, no paste required.
At day end: flush valve head and zerk coupler — ready for the next job. Mechanical packers are drilled into the crack at a 45-degree angle, allowing resin to penetrate from the centre of the wall outward in both directions — ensuring complete infiltration. No surface sealing paste is required between packers for most crack types. Typical pressure range: 2,500–3,500 PSI. Injection can be effective as low as 400 PSI depending on crack width and resin type. The operator controls flow and pressure manually to avoid over-pressurising the concrete.
