Hi-Modulus Fiber Matrix is a 100% solids, solvent-free, two-component MOISTURE INSENSITIVE EPOXY. Startech Structural Epoxy is a low viscosity epoxy for wetting and uses with carbon fiber for structural Concrete repairs.
